Farming and Irrigation Services at Cibola Valley Conservation Area (CVCA) The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Lower Colorado Basin has a requirement for irrigation and maintenance farming services at Cibola Valley Conservation Area (CVCA),) La Paz County, Arizona. The Contractor shall perform farming and irrigation services at CVCA and will provide all personnel, equipment, certificates, tools, and materials to accomplish the services to be performed. The high-level objectives of this solicitation include: use of farming equipment, efficient water use, chemical application, irrigation, site maintenance, and weed control. This requirement is restricted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 115112, Soil Preparation, Planting and Cultivating with a corresponding small business size standard of $8M. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR
Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiation. The Government contemplates award of one hybrid firm fixed price and time & materials Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a 5-year term ordering period. The Government intends to make one (1) IDIQ award under this solicitation, but reserves the right to award more or none at all.
