Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ and Second Stage RFPs) for Master Planning and Programming

This RFSQ is being issued by the Purchaser(s) to obtain Proposals to qualify proponents for the services related to Master Planning/ Master Programming and Architectural Services related to various stages of Ministry of Health Capital Planning Submissions and Projects from Proponent(s) (the “Deliverables”). SSW is representing the Purchaser(s) as its Bid Administrator, as further defined in ARTICLE 3 - RFSQ PROCEDURES, and any rights or obligations of SSW enumerated herein will be exercised on the Purchaser(s)’s behalf and in the Purchaser(s)’s best interests.
