Replace Flashing at Moss Courthouse

Description: This is a solicitation notice for construction services at the Frank E. Moss Courthouse, 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101. The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Region 8 requires construction services to replace the flashing in the North Light Court area around the windows and all four walls. The contractor must remove existing flashing, the contractor must inspect the condition of the structure, report any concerns to the building manager, and provide a submittal with a sketch of attachment method for review and approval by the Government. Contractor must reinforce seams and folds as required to prevent binding and tearing of the materials. The contractor must neatly form joints and seams with surfaces free from waves and buckles. All work, tinning, soldering, metal forming, etc. must be done to the highest standards to produce a weatherproof, properly seamed, joined, and soldered work, free from surface stains, and wrinkled or

buckled finishes.Estimated Price Range:  The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.NAICS Code and Title:  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement will be 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The small business size standard is $36.5 million.Type of Set-Aside:  The solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns.Tentative Dates: The tentative dates are provided for informational purposes only.
