The Williamsburg Area Transit Authority (WATA or Authority) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager as Agent Services for two (2) construction projects, both located in the Greater Williamsburg Area. The first project is the renovation and expansion of WATA’s Operations and Maintenance Facility, and the second project is the construction of a Northern Transfer Facility. It is the intent of this request for proposal to result in the competitive negotiation of a fixed-price contract for these services.
