Aldevra, LLC – Equipment-Sterile Storage Cabinet - Inscription House Health CenterThe Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Inscription House Health Center (IHHC) in Tonalea, Arizona, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Aldevra, LLC for two (2) sterile storage cabinets as required by the Dental Department, with the delivery on/by 08/31/2024.The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Aldevra, LLC in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive licensing agreement.This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.
