The City recognizes that price is only one of several criteria to be utilized in judging a product or service, and the City is not legally bound to accept the lowest Solicitation Response. The City does not award based off of an amount including tax and the applicable amount of CA Sales Tax will be added to the Grand Total during the issuance of a Purchase Order. BUSINESS LICENSE The successful Vendor may be required to obtain a Rancho Cucamonga Business License prior to any services or work being rendered. Vendor must also possess and maintain all appropriate licenses/certifications Only those responses received from registered Vendors will be accepted. Responses must be submitted by the named Vendor that has downloaded the solicitation; this information is indicated in the bid system and provides the ability to tabulate the responses in accordance to the named From the issuance date of this Solicitation until an award is issued, Vendors are not permitted to communicate with any City Staff or Officials regarding this solicitation, other than under the direction of the designated representatives of the City of Rancho Cucamonga as indicated in the solicitation.
