Preparation of Supplemental Engineering Reports, cross-connection testing at new and existing recycled water premises, annual inspections at existing recycled water premises, and hazard assessments. Other Details Notes Bidder must attach PDF of completed Non-Collusion Declaration form in the designated submission field. The bidder shall submit an electronic copy of their technical proposal as a PDF in the "Response File" field. An electronic copy of the Fee Proposal must be submitted as a pdf in the "Cost File" field of the "Attachment" tab. (***The "Cost File" is MANDATORY and the Bid Management System will not accept your submission unless a "Cost File" attachment is uploaded.***) Electronic files shall not be larger than 100 MB. Should proposals exceed 100 MB, please separate the document into multiple files. Special Notices Bidders may not bid as a prime and also submit a bid as a subcontractor. The City reserves the right to award its total requirements to one bidder, or to apportion those requirements among several Bidders as the City may deem to be in its best interests. The City has established a local preference to vendors located within the City limits of Ontario a 1 3/4% advantage in the City's determination of low bid, and a 3/4% advantage of vendors outside the City but within the County of San Bernardino.
