Bid Comments:
The County of Santa Clara (the "County") is requesting bids from Bosch-certified contractor that will provide maintenance and servicing of Bosch security cameras and servers for Elmwood/Main Jail locations as specified in this Invitation to Bid (ITB).
The County's intent is to award a three (3) year agreement, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) years.
Bidders must quote on all lines specified in this ITB.
Bid prices should not include sales tax or any other government imposed fees (example: California Recycling Fee) as the County will calculate the applicable taxes and fees upon award.
This solicitation incorporates the County's terms and conditions for a term agreement. Bidders who take exception to any of the terms and conditions will be deemed non-responsive and their bids will not be considered.
The successful bidder will be required to submit the following within two (2) days upon County's notification:
- Insurance certificate(s) in compliance with County of Santa Clara Insurance Requirements
- Proof of Bosch Certification
