Request for Proposal Sealed Proposals, subject to the conditions contained herein, will be received by ONEIDA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH, until 4:00 PM on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, VETERAN SUICIDE PREVENTION PROGRAM RFP 2022-324 Copies of the Request for Proposal Documents may be received from the Oneida County Department of Mental Health, by contacting Ashlee Thompson, MHA, MSEd, Master CASAC, Commissioner at 315-798-3660, or you may request a copy by mail by writing to the Oneida County Mental Health Department, 800 Park Ave., 9th Fl, Utica, New York 13501, Attn: Ashlee Thompson. They may also be downloaded from the Oneida County website at http://www.ocgov.net (Public Notice Section.) Copies of the described RFP may be examined at no expense at Oneida County Department. The return envelope must be clearly marked with the RFP # and addressed to Oneida County Department of Mental Health. Oneida County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received.
