LEGAL NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL CITY OF BLOOMINGTON, ILLINOIS Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 109 East Olive Street, Bloomington, Illinois 61701, until Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 11:00 A.M.Central time for the following: RFP #2020-45 LAB ANALYTICS RFP documents are to be obtained from the City of Bloomington Procurement Services by sending an email toprocurement@cityblm.org. Respondents must provide their complete name, company name, street address, telephone number, fax number and their email address. RFP documents may also be obtained at the office of the City Clerk, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central time. Only consultants recorded with the City, as a bona fide plan holder, are eligible for the contract award. The City of Bloomington reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities. The award will not be based solely on the “low proposal.” The award will be based on the criteria for selection contained within this document.
