The Provision of Licences, Maintenance and Support for Microsoft Dynamics GP Project Description :1.0 DescriptionCATSA has a requirement for a subscription and support for the provision of Microsoft Dynamics GP licenses, maintenance and support and other related professional support services on a non-exclusive “as and when requested” basis. For details see the RFQ. 2.0 Procurement MethodThis RFQ establishes an Open Tendering process to enter into a non-exclusive contract. 3.0 Term of Resulting ContractIt is anticipated that the term of the resulting contract will be for five years with one optional period of five years. 4.0 Address for Submission of Questions and Proposals; Question Acceptance Deadline and Closing DateThe question acceptance deadline and the closing date are set out in the “Dates” section above. CATSA may extend either or both of such dates. Questions and proposals must be submitted through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission system at www.MERX.com. 5.0 Mandatory Requirements The RFQ contains one mandatory requirement. 6.0 Rated Requirements The RFQ contains no rated requirements. 7.0 Contractor Selection 1. Bids will be assessed to determine whether the Mandatory Requirements in Part 3, if any, have been met. 2. Bids passing Step 1 will be evaluated on the Financial Offer. 3. The Bidder achieving the lowest Bid Price will be recommended for award of a Contract, subject to CATSA’s Reserved
