This project will improve transit circulation and operations, improve the operations of roadways adjacent to the South Kirkland Park and Ride, and improve pedestrian access and connectivity. The project will install a new traffic signal at 108th Avenue NE and NE 37th Ct, alter the signalized intersection at NE 38th Place and 108th Ave NE, and will add a stop control to the Park and Ride entrance on NE 38th Place.
