Space Rental/Lease - Burlington CORE

The Department of Parks, Recreation & Waterfront (BPRW) leases the second floor of the Old North End Community Center from Champlain Housing Trust. The second floor is home to the CORE Adult Center, Very Merry Theater, and the Janet Munt Family Room, as well as offices for BPRW staff and programming spaces. Room 219 was previously sub-leased by the Vermont Hindu Temple, but their sub-lease has not been renewed and the space is now available for a new sublessee. BPRW requests proposals from interested parties for the rental of an 800 square foot room at the
Old North End Community Center on the 2nd floor. The sublease would be for one year with an option to renew based on sublease specifications. The sublease price is $725 per month with a potential annual increase each renewal
