This requirement is to procure Alongside Aircraft Refueling (AAR) and Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) services along with above ground fuel storage tanks and the components to receive fuel by commercial tank truck and supply product to the mobile refuelers at the fillstands at Naval Base (NB) Ventura County, CA. NB Ventura County Group is comprised of three geographically separated areas: Point Mugu; Port Hueneme; and Naval Outlying Landing Field (NOLF) San Nicolas Island. The Contractor is responsible for the management, operation, maintenance, product quality surveillance, inventory control and accounting, security, safety, and environmental protection of Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) facilities.
These services include the operation and maintenance of government fixed fuel facilities, aircraft and ship aviation fuel services, and ground vehicle fuel services. The requirement is for a Four-Year Base performance period from May 1, 2018 - April 30, 2022; One Five-Year Option from May 1, 2022 - April 30, 2027; and a Six-Month Option Extension IAW FAR 52.217-8 from May 1, 2027 - October 31, 2027.
Please note, the option period increased from four to five years. The answers to the first round of questions will be provided in Amendment 0001 within a few days. The second round of questions, if any, are due NLT 12/14/17, with offers due 1/8/18.
