Belt Avenue Bridge Resurfacing

Description: BID CALL: The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following: BELT AVENUE BRIDGE RESURFACING (057-7823 RESURF) Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Belt Avenue Bridge Resurfacing" with the time and date of the opening, which will be Friday, April 17, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761. This project consists of removing and replacing the existing hot-mix asphalt (HMA) wearing surface and waterproofing membrane on the existing bridge (SN 057-7823) which carries Belt Avenue over Sugar Creek and all other necessary items and incidentals required to complete the project according to the plans and specifications. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
