Description:  The City of St. John's is requesting bids to complete energy audits at non-profit housing sites designated as Fahey's Row and 1985 Infill (Civic addresses noted in the documentation attached). The energy audit will include providing an ACH rating of each unit and preparing a report of recommended action items that would improve energy efficiency. A cost estimate and estimated energy savings per action item must also be included in the report.
