The project consists of providing the City as needed maintenance to the City’s thirty-four (34) Ricoh Copiers, of which, thirty-one (31) are black and white and three (3) are color. The awarded firm shall cover all service, labor and parts, and at no additional charge all consumable items (toner, ink, masters, developer, drums, etc.) except for paper and staples.
