54-Passenger Motor Coach Service

Intent: The purpose of this bid is to secure transportation in the form of a 54-passenger motor coach for conveyance of members of Heritage Senior Center and Cimarron Recreation Center to Choctaw Casino or WinStar Casino on a bi-monthly basis. The solicitation also includes 8-additional trips that will be used on as-needed basis from the place of origin to destination to be determined by the department during the contract term. The known bi-monthly services will be from Irving Heritage Center located at 200 S. Jefferson St., Irving, Texas, 75060 and Cimarron Recreation Center located at 201 Red River Trail, Irving, TX 75063 to either Choctaw Casino, 4216 S. Highway 69 75, Durant, OK, 75701 or WinStar Casino, 777 Casino Ave, Thackerville, OK 73459. Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The questions will be shared with the department after the end of the cut-off date/time and the responses will be posted as soon as they are received from the department.
