JANITORIAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES

SCOPE: The Las Vegas-Clark County Library District is soliciting Bid Proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide comprehensive janitorial maintenance services for twenty-two (22) District facilities.

BID PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS will be available beginning Monday, July 6, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. (PST):

Pick-Up: Service Center Reception Desk, Windmill Library and Service Center, 7060 W. Windmill Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89113. Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Email: Request documents by sending an email to PURCHASING@LVCCLD.ORG. Provide RFP number, company name, address, contact person, email address, and phone number.
MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. (PST) on the 2nd floor of the Windmill Library and Service Center, 7060 W. Windmill Lane, Las Vegas, Nevada 89113. The purpose of the Pre-Bid Conference is to review and

discuss the bid proposal documents and to distribute the schedule for MANDATORY walk-through of each facility included. To be eligible, Bid Proposers are REQUIRED to attend the Pre-Bid Conference.

MANDATORY WALK-THROUGHS of each facility will take place on July 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24, 2020. To be eligible, Bid Proposers are REQUIRED to attend
all facility walk-throughs by Bid Group.

BID PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED at the Service Center Reception Desk, 2
nd floor of the Windmill Library and Service Center, 7060 W. Windmill Lane, Las Vegas, Nevada 89113, on or before Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. (PST), based on the time-stamp at the Service Center Reception Desk. Bid Proposals time-stamped after 2:00 p.m. (PST) will be rejected. Bid proposals will be opened immediately thereafter and all interested parties are invited to attend the opening.

There is no fee for the Bid Proposal documents.
