SDDC's Defense Transportation Tracking System (DTTS) Program Management Office (PMO) serves as the DoD's focal point to monitor the movement and condition for the safety and security of Arms, Ammunition and Explosives (AA&E) and other sensitive material (OSM) shipments requiring Satellite Motor Surveillance (SNS). DTTS PMO maintains a 24 hour, 365 days a year continuous operations center for surveillance of DoD AA&E and OSM transported by motor carrier and commercial barge within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Canada, as required by the Defense Transportation Regulations (DTR) using satellite and cellular surveillance technology from the time of driver departure from the shipping activity through delivery at the final destination The Government's requirement is for services to manage, research, analyze, and extracting data,
