The goal is to hire a firm, comprised of E-Rate management professionals with CIPA credentials, who can advise the district in all areas of E-Rate program participation, including but not limited to: eligibility, entity verification and changes, competitive bidding, RFP development for E-Rate eligible services, Form 470 preparation and submission; bid packet compilation, discount calculation and analysis, contract guidance, review and compliance; Form 471 preparation & submission; program integrity assurance - application review; Forms 486 & 500 - prepare, submit, track; billing & disbursements; service provider & product changes; program compliance & documentation; USAC & FCC appeals.
