The facility shall be located within Lucas County, State of Ohio, USA. Services for up to Five (5) single male homeless veterans with mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders. The Contractor shall provide care, rehabilitative services to Homeless Veterans in community-based facilities offering a safe and secure environment that supports their rehabilitation goals. Firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract, up to 9,125 beds total for the contract period of performance, January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2024, Five, One-Year ordering periods.
