Track Changes This combined synopsis/solicitation is for a commercial service. The Alabama Army National Guard intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Television Broadcast Services.
This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business with an associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code as 515210 - Cable and Other Subscription Programming with a size standard of $38,500,000.00.
Attached is Solicitation Number W912JA18R0008 and Performance Work Statement.
Pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines, responses to this solicitation require registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Registration proceedures can be found at
www.sam.gov. * Note: Registration must be completed in order to be considered for award.
Include the following information in your response: (a) Name of company and point of contact; (b) CAGE Code; (c) Furnish a narrative describing your customer base and nature of support; and (d) List any experience your company has working with Federal organizations.
In accordance with 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, evaluation of offers based on
Best Value as it relates to technical, past performance and price.
There will be NO government furnished equipment available for this project.
