Description

Scope of Services
The City of West Covina ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified firms (Proposers) offering proven, integrated solutions to replace the City’s current Eden – A Tyler Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution, specifically in the areas of Finance, HR, Payroll, and Utility Billing. The City is also in the process of procuring a Land Management System (LMS) software separate from this solicitation.

The City seeks a qualified Proposer who can demonstrate organizational, functional, and technical capabilities, as well as the experience, expertise, and qualifications necessary to provide and support a fully integrated and proven ERP solution to include both implementation and ongoing maintenance and support.
Note that the City is open to either an on‐premises or Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.
