Replace Elevator Bldg 485

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required services. 325 CONS is interested in the identification of capable sources for a Repair/Replacement of an Elevator contract for Tyndall AFB, Florida. The 325th Contracting Squadron is searching for potential contractors to provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to demolish and replace the elevator located at building 485 on Tyndall AFB up to all necessary building codes. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force standards, instructions, and commercial practices. (Identified in the attached draft SOW).
