Work included consists of (but may not be limited to) painting parking lot (per sketches attached to bid document), the removal and restoration of sod based shoulders around perimeter of pavement, the removal and replacement of gate and bollards (closest to Stockbridge Ave) associated with the area. Any additional pricing for incidental work shall be approved by a city engineer and charged to EXCAVATION, EARTHWORK. “215 E Stockbridge Ave” has graffiti and needs replacement. Remove and replace sign with two break-away style sign poles with hardware and set into concrete pad. Charge to “bollards” pay item. ALL WORK SHALL BE CONSITENT WITH WHAT IS INDICATED ON THE PROJECT
