Description: Requests for Proposals Eminent Domain Legal Services City of Minot, North Dakota The City of Minot is interested in obtaining proposals for Eminent Domain Legal Services in support of the City of Minot’s ongoing home acquisition and buyout program. It is the City’s intention to enter into a relationship for legal representation for Eminent Domain proceedings in support of the Mouse River Enhanced Flood Protection Plan. Funding for these services will come from Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Funding (CDBG-DR). The CDBG-DR funds once obligated must be spent within a two year period. The City of Minot welcomes proposals from Section 3 businesses along with Women and Minority Business Enterprises. Any proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened. The City of Minot reserves, to itself, the right to reject any or all proposals.
