Re-grade the site, in accordance with these specifications, to remove any hazards and maintain existing drainage patterns. Disconnect and cap sewer connections from the site, in accordance with these specifications. Contractor shall obtain and pay for applicable sewer disconnect permits from Northshore Utility District. Provide stabilization and seeding, in accordance with these specifications, for all exposed soils created during the project. Bonds required.
