technical specifications and any site plans or exhibits included with these technical specifications or in the Contract Documents for the site. Remove and legally dispose of all structures, trash, rubbish, walls, floors, foundations, porches, steps, equipment, materials, debris, and hazardous waste from within the limits of work, as shown in the site plans attached in Appendix A, in accordance with these specifications and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Re-grade the site, in accordance with these specifications, to remove any hazards and maintain existing drainage patterns. Disconnect and cap sewer connections from the site, in accordance with these specifications. Contractor shall obtain and pay for applicable sewer disconnect permits from Northshore Utility District. Provide stabilization and seeding, in accordance with these specifications, for all exposed soils created during the project. Bonds required.
