Qualification Statements and Proposals must be received by the Township no later than April 18, 2024 at 1:00 P.M., and must be mailed or hand-delivered. Qualification Statements and Proposals forwarded by facsimile or e-mail will not be accepted. Qualification statements and Proposals received after this time will not be considered. The Township will not bear responsibility for delays in delivery for any reason. 4. Qualification Statements and Proposals and all related information must be stapled or bound, and signed by the Respondent. If Respondent is other than a natural person, the Qualification Statement and Proposal must be signed by an individual with power to bind Respondent. 5.
