Silver Parkway. This project will construct a sidewalk retrofit utilizing the engineering sidewalk improvement documents for the Riverside Manor Connector. Pedestrian signals and crosswalks will be constructed as part of this effort. Construction will be performed in accordance with the engineering plans, construction documents and related all related manuals, standards and documents.
