Refuse & Recyclables Collection at USAG Ansbach

This is a non-personal services contract to provide Recycling and Refuse Collection Services for the USAG ANSBACH, to include Katterbach Heliport, Bismarck Kaserne, Shipton Kaserne and Urlas Community, Barton Barracks, Bleidorn Housing, Storck Barracks Illesheim, and Oberdachstetten Frankenkaserne. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in the PWS. The Contractor is responsible for providing of trained man power, and is responsible of all approved and calibrated equipment in accordance with (IAW) safety laws.Refuse and Recycling Collection Services are required to be in compliance with German waste law and regulations, and to keep a safe environment to avoid health and safety hazards in the USAG Ansbach footprint. Services are required IAW the PWS for collection of industrial waste and recycling materials, and the operation of recycling centers within USAG
