Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud after 2:00 P.M. in the City Hall Conference Room, City Hall, Covington, Louisiana. Any bids received after 2:00 P.M. will be returned unopened. The Contractor shall hold a Louisiana Contractor’s license in Municipal and Public Works. The project consists of pipe bursting, excavated sewer repairs, and asphalt roadway
