All vendors are encouraged to participate even if vendors are sole source providers. These services shall be purchased on an "As Needed" basis, with MISD making the sole determination of need. Multiple provider awards are anticipated to provide MISD with a variety of resources for needed services. Services requested include, but are not limited to: Evaluation, consultation and direct services. On a periodic basis, submitted proposals will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or

rejected by the district. Awards will be made throughout the open period of solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. Proposers will then be notified of the district's decision. Solicitation period will be from August 10, 2023 through August 9, 2024. Contract will automatically renew with the final renewal expiring on August 9, 2027, unless cancelled by the District or Vendor 30 days in advance.
