Next Generation Delivery Vehicle (NGDV) Production Phase 3 Request for Proposal (RFP)

The purpose of this notification is to advise that on Friday, December 27, 2019, the United States Postal Service issued the Next Generation Delivery Vehicle (NGDV) Production Phase 3 Request for Proposal (RFP).  The NGDV is a planned replacement program for our current Long Life Delivery Vehicles (LLVs) as well as our Flexible Fuel Vehicles (FFVs) used in delivery operations.  The RFP provides for a 90 day proposal response period and will close, unless extended, on March 27, 2020.  Contract award(s) is/are planned for 2020.Supplier inquiries concerning the NGDV Production Phase 3 RFP should be directed to:  Delores Waters, Manager, Vehicles & Delivery/Industrial Equipment (V&DIE) Category Management Center via email address: delores.b.waters@usps.gov.Media/Industry inquiries concerning the Postal Service’s vehicle programs and NGDV Production Phase 3 RFP should be directed to:  Kimberly Frum, Sr. Public Relations Representative via email address:
