Services shall include, but not be limited to: (i) Installation and repair of lay-in ceiling tiles and hard ceiling tiles; (ii) Installation and repair of walls and doors to include drywall work; (iii) Complying with ADA and Life Safety Code requirements; (iv) Installation and repair of ceramic tile; (v) Painting (provide interior and exterior walls
