Declassification Review Support

The Naval Research Laboratory is searching for potential sources that are capable of meeting the requirement described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) to perform declassification review services to fulfill the requirements of Executive Order (EO) 13526 for the NRL Command Support Division, Code 1200.
The intent of this RFI/ Sources Sought is to:

Determine if an adequate number of qualified, interested contractors capable of performing the work described in the attached draft PWS exist; and
NRL asks that the interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information via email:

Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC)
Business Size/Socioeconomic Categories
Unique Entity ID and Cage Code
Capabilities Statement relevant to the attached PWS
Suggested NAICS and PSC
Any questions/suggestions related to the PWS
Whether the proposed service would be considered a commercial service in accordance with FAR 2.101.

Whether the company has current TS FCL with access to RD/CNWDI.
Whether the company has experienced, knowledgeable personnel in the area of Executive Order 13526.
Whether the company has experience/knowledge of developing or using/managing a declassification database consistent with those used by NARA, other Executive Branch declassification programs, the NRL and Naval Historical Center.
