CITY OF OCONOMOWOC REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSConstruction Management for Rockwell Park Phase IThe City of Oconomowoc is requesting proposals for the Construction Management of Rockwell Park Phase I Construction Project. Construction work to include clearing/grubbing, site grading, Redi-rock block installation, shoreline restoration, kayak launch construction, site restoration and other misc items. Proposals will be received at the City Clerk’s office, City Hall, 174 E Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc WI 53066 until 1 pm on Thursday, November 3, 2022. Proposals shall be marked “Construction Management for Rockwell Park Phase I”. Proposals arriving after the prescribed time and date will not be accepted. Proposals will not be opened or read aloud and No Fax Proposals will be accepted. The City is not responsible for undelivered mail or any other failure of any agency to deliver the proposal on time.
