Djibouti Early Grade Reading

The U.S. Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development, Mission to Djibouti (USAID/Djibouti), contemplates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single, Cost-Plus-Fixed -Fee (CPFF) completion type contract for the implementation of the USAID Djibouti Early Grade Reading Activity (DEGRA). The purpose of this activity is to assist USAID improve reading achievement for Djiboutian children at the primary school level (grades 1-5). The objective of this contract is to support the Government of Djibouti (GoDJ) strategy of improving quality basic education through the improvement of children's learning achievements in primary education. The estimated period of performance is 5 years. The solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part15, and other relevant sections of FAR and AIDAR.
