In light of COVID-19, most medical facilities are busy.  Addendum 1 is issued to push out Key Action Dates for this event.  Changes are all highlighted in yellow.

Bids are now due on April 13, 2020 and bid opening on April 14, 2020.

1)  The State of California (State), Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Human Resources (OHR) coordinates the medical clearances in conjunction with the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) Pre-Employment Medical Program. The primary objective for this program is to ensure that qualified candidates and applicants receive a physical examination from an occupational medical clinic, meet the conditions of employment, receive medical clearance and are ultimately able to perform the duties of the civil service position prior to employment at DGS. To remain in compliance with CalHR¿s requirements, OHR is procuring Pre-Employment Medical Evaluation Services.

2) The Contractor shall provide pre-employment/pre-placement medical examinations and subsequent reports which will form the basis of medical suitability assessment of candidates.

3) The services will be performed within sixteen (16) regions all throughout California.  Bidders are required to submit a list of facilities for each region with their
