SARSAT Beacon Test Set

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation on a limited competition basis to the authorized distributors of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), SARTECH:  Test Equipment Connection Corp. (CAGE 023Y7) and Aero Express, Inc. (CAGE 0Y2T0). This requirement is for the procurement of five (5) SARSAT Beacon Test Set, NSN: 6625-99-399-7816, P/N: ARG5410-MKII.The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
