Robotic Painter - Job Walk

 This is a notice for all interested parties to perform a job walk concerning the procurement of a Robotic Painter System in Building 169 of Robins Air Force Base.  NOTE: COSTS INCURRED ARE AT THE INTERESTED PARTY'S EXPENSE. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY ANY ASSOCIATED COSTS WITH THE JOB WALK.All interested parties should utilize the following information to communicate their intent to attend and should contact the Government Point of Contact (POC) at least a week prior to the scheduled visit.POC: Shane Groves402 CMMXSS/MXDQBEShane.Groves@US.AF.MIL478-335-6482 / 478-222-4066The date and time scheduled for the jobwalk is: Tuesday, April 3rd at 1:00 PM EST. This will be a two hour visit. The first hour of the visit will be walking the site while the second hour will consist of discussions in a conference room concerning the requirement. Questions and answers that arise from this site visit will be posted prior to or along with the release of the RFQ/RFP. This will be the only time block available.Please provide the full names of all visitors that intend on coming to the sessions at least by the Friday before arrival. Visitors should bring their driver's license, proof of vehicle registration, and proof of vehicle insurance (rental's only need to provide the rental agreement).All interested parties need to be at Robins Air Force Base Visitors Center no later than 7:30 AM EST on April 3rd to obtain their temporary passes.Attached is the Purchase Description for this requirement along with the map to Building 169 showing the base entrance, visitor's center, parking lots, and Building 169 meeting
