The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) invites firms pre-qualified on the 2020 Transportation Engineering and Planning Services Bench, in Service Categories A Freeway Operations, Data Analytics and Performance Assessments, and Category E Transit Planning and Engineering to apply for this project. MTC is seeking the service of a qualified consultant to provide Traffic Data Collection Services on

an as-needed basis for a three (3) year term with the option to extend the contract for up to three (3) additional years. A qualified consultant shall develop data collection plans, coordinate data collection efforts, conduct data quality assessments, prepare data reports documenting data collection method and equipment, and deliver data ready for analysis.
