L--Alarm Monitoring Dispatch (VA-17-119242)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, requires a contractor to maintain telephonic remote alarm monitoring of the Government-owned Intrusion Alarm Systems at twelve (12) locations throughout the Michigan VA Healthcare System. Solicitation Number VA250-17-Q-1162 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will use a tiered or cascading order of precedence. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541320 (size standard $20.5 Million). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, effective January 13, 2017. Quotations shall be received on or before the date and time specified in Block 8 of the SF 1449. Offerors shall submit their quotations through email.
