Added: Oct 24, 2017 2:55 pm Above and Underground Storage Tanks The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Stewart, GA intends to issue a solicitation for annual and monthly inspections on the above ground (AST) and underground (UST) tanks on both Fort Stewart (FS) and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF). The requirement will consist of 5 retail fuel stations on (FS) and a total of 2 retail fueling stations (HAAF). Several of the tanks above and underground are registered with the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (GA EPD). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform monthly and annual testing of designated petroleum storage tanks and repair of said systems on FS/HAAF. The Contractor and all his subcontractors must comply with statutes and regulations of the State of Georgia, and must also comply with all applicable requirements of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). It is anticipated this requirement will result in a firm fixed price contract for a base year and two (2) 1 year option periods. The requirement is solicited as a total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 541620. The small business size standard is $15M in annual revenue. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate size standard in the System for Awards Management (SAM). The solicitation will be posted on or about 26 OCT 2017. Offerors are reminded to carefully review the solicitation documents once issued as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on Federal Business Opportunities at www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the Offeror's responsibility to check as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments.
