157TH ARW LODGING BPA

This notice is to synopsize a pre-solicitation notice only.The New Hampshire Air National Guard intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with area lodging facilities. The Government’s intent is that only entities that provide lodging directly will be authorized to respond to the solicitation. Third party organizations (i.e. travel agencies) will not be authorized. The purpose of this BPA will be for the 157th ARW of the New Hampshire Air National Guard (NHANG) to obtain lodging for Airmen during regularly scheduled drills (RSDs) and split regularly schedule drills (SRSDs). NHANG requires lodging in both the vicinity of Pease ANGB in Newington, NH and JFHQ in Concord, NH. The NHANG desires to establish BPAs with as many as four hotels in Newington and four hotels in Concord. Be advised that NHANG requires fifty (50) rooms for double occupancy and fifteen (15) rooms for single occupancy at each hotel. Interested potential vendors to a future solicitation are

advised that BPAs are not contracts and either party may cancel them as specified in the agreement.The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) Code is 721110 (Hotels, except casinos)— a small business size standard of $40.0 Million. Only those vendors who are actively registered in SAM, responsible, and qualified will be authorized to be a party to the BPA. The solicitation will be issued via internet only on Contract Opportunities on Sam.gov (www.sam.gov). Notification of amendments, should there be any, shall be made via Sam.gov exclusively. Interested parties are responsible for checking the above listed internet address for any proposed changes to the solicitation when it is issued. Any amendments issued to the solicitation must be acknowledged by potential offerors. No corrections and/or changes to responses will be allowed after the response deadline expires. The Government anticipates that a solicitation will be issued on, or about, 15 March 2023. Responses will be due on, or about, 1 May 2023 and the Government shall identify all parties included in the BPA by 15 May 2023. Interested potential offerors must be registered and current within the System for Award Management (SAM) database in order to be eligible for participation in the BPA.
