Contractors selected for the pre-qualified bidder’s list will be referred to the property owner (“Participant”) during the application process. Participants will solicit detailed cost proposals from a minimum of two (2) pre-qualified contractors in accordance with a City approved project Scope of Work. The cost proposal and Scope of Work must be reviewed and approved by Community Development staff to ensure all program guidelines are met prior to commencing work.
