RFP #EDARC-094 -Economic Development Strategic Planning Services

The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of the Riverside County Office of Economic Development (County) is seeking proposals from parties qualified in developing an Economic Development Strategic Plan (Plan) for Riverside County. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a consultant or a team of consultants (Consultant) who will prepare a Plan that builds on the economic development work already completed or underway by the County. The Consultant team will work with community stakeholders (identified in consultation with Office of Economic Development) to understand the community’s economic development concerns and interests and to help guide the discussion about what is feasible with respect to current and future economic growth. It is expected that the selected firm will prepare a Plan that contains specific economic development goals, strategies, and implementation measures.
