2020 Ruddock Water System Elevation of Electrical Components

Sealed bids will be accepted and received by St. John the Baptist Purchasing and Procurement Department in the St. John the Baptist Parish Government Complex Building, 1811 W. Airline Highway, Laplace, LA. 70068, at the Receptionist Desk, until 9:45 A.M. Local Time, March 31, 2020 for the St. John the Baptist Parish Ruddock Water System Elevation of Electrical Components at Booster Station No. 1 & Booster Station No. 3.  If a contract is awarded, it will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible Bidder.   Bids will be opened and read aloud at 10:00 A.M. Local Time, on March 31, 2020 in the St. John the Baptist Parish Government Complex Building Council Chambers, 1811 W. Airline Highway, Laplace, LA. 70068.   A non-mandatory pre-bid conference at which the scope of the project, contract time, and other requirements of the bidding and contract documents may be discussed, or any other special requirements for the project which may be discussed with prospective bidders, will be held at the St. John the Baptist Parish Government Complex Building Council Chambers, 1811 W. Airline Highway, Laplace, LA. 70068, on  March 19 at 10:00 A.M., local time.  All bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid
