The associated NAICS code for this service is 811219 with a size standard of $22.M and PSC Code J065.The identified vendor is Boston Scientifics who is the equipment manufacturer and only authorized service representative. The service is for the preventive maintenance of one (1) XPS Greenlight Laser equipment. A service contract for a base year and four (4) one-year options is anticipated. Due to the proprietary nature of the equipment, authorized service representative evidence and factory certified field service technician is required to access, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate the unit IAW manufacturer specifications. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the required services at VACHS as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. It is not a solicitation or request for quotes. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
