Purpose:The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is seeking to enter into an agreement with a vendor to provide video editing for video stories, TV and radio public service announcements, and to provide media distribution of public service announcements.Background:In June 2017, Montana NRCS gathered video interviews and video footage on 23 different conservation projects implemented by private landowners on agricultural lands across the state of Montana. Of the 23 projects, 10 were edited into 5-minute video stories and other footage and sound bites were used to develop 5 public service announcements for both TV and radio.Objectives:Take the footage that was shot during the June 2017 video shoot and edit the remaining 13 interviews into 5-minute video stories and develop 5 additional 30-second TV and radio public service announcements. All video footage will be provided to the vendor by NRCS. All equipment and supplies required to perform the work shall be provided by the
